For example, The Greeks grabbed a hold of the game and called it by the name "bac gamen." From there, the English adopted backgammon in the 17th century and have continued to play it ever since. Backgammon and different old games were never accepted by a number of churches. The churches believe that the game was the tool of the Devil. This led churches to ban and burn the game. The abolishment and burning had never stop individuals playing games and having fun.
Technology gives a new arena for Backgammon.
